  • Please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery.

  • All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

International Shipping Terms (Incoterms – DAP)
All international orders, including those shipped to the United States, are shipped under Incoterms 2020: DAP (Delivered at Place). This means the seller (Aaliyah & Me) is responsible for delivering the goods to the destination country, but the buyer is solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or tariffs imposed by the destination country’s authorities.

By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. Aaliyah & Me is not liable for any delays or costs resulting from customs processing or failure to pay required fees.

Just To Note

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

  • All custom charm pieces are made to order. Please allow 5-7 days for dispatch.

  • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.

  • We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.


Refund, Return and Exchange policy

At Aaliyah & Me, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.

  • If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund it.

  • If you change your mind, we offer store credit on eligible returns.

  • All jewellery is carefully inspected before shipping.

Change of Mind Returns

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may be eligible for a store credit.

To qualify for a change of mind return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from scratches, dents, or damage

  • Items must be returned in their original jewellery box or pouch

  • Returns must be delivered back to us within 14 days of receiving your order

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be issued as a gift card equal to the value paid for the returned item(s). Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credit is issued in place of refunds for change of mind.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order, please email contact@aaliyahandmejewellery.com.auwithin 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Subject line: Return & Order #[Your Order Number]

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims will be resolved with a refund or replacement, where appropriate. Please allow 1–3 business days for your request to be reviewed.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for change of ring size. This is subject to stock levels.We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.


Refunds

Refunds are available only for:

  • Items with a manufacturing fault

  • Items that do not match the original order

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For approved returns:

  • Domestic return shipping fee: $11 AUD

  • International return shipping fees vary — please contact us for details

Return instructions and payment details will be provided via email once your return request has been approved.
